Even Robert McColley, who had to put his name on the ad “expressed reservations”. This is why no one resigned. Not a surprise but interesting, shows he can’t take advice from anyone else, he lives in a vacuum where he has so much money to spend he lit his own campaign on fire.

We broke the news about Adam Radogna, MAGA activist, on Oct 22nd and got a lot of pushback, but here we are, vindicated. Indicted today for 9 counts of child exploitation and 1 criminal tools count.

We broke this story on Oct. 22 and got plenty of pushback. Yet here we are!

The morning he was booked, we posted his docket showing 9 child exploitation counts plus possessing criminal tools. Later that day, those 9 items disappeared from the docket, and people started questioning whether there was anything to it. Now there's no question.

Today a Cuyahoga County grand jury indicted Adam Radogna, 37, owner of Adamo's Italian Restaurant in Brook Park, on those same 10 counts: 9 tied to child sexual abuse material, plus possessing criminal tools. According to the Prosecutor's Office, a joint federal and state investigation into a file-sharing network led the Ohio ICAC Task Force to his home on Oct. 22, where they found multiple files on his devices. The investigation is ongoing.

He’s also a Front Row Joe and Jan 6er. The usual suspects.

Radogna isn't some random guy in a photo line. The AP profiled him last month hosting the Parma Republicans' election watch party at his restaurant, where he said he's been to more than 80 Trump rallies. He's shown in the pic with MAGA Congressman and candidate Max Miller, in front of a Vivek Ramaswamy sign.

He's presumed innocent until proven guilty in court. But this isn't a rumor anymore. It's a grand jury indictment.

Thank you to the Ohio Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office for doing the work.

Ohioans should no longer vote by mail this year, according to USPS

<<The U.S. Postal Service recommends sending completed ballots at least seven days before they're required to arrive at election offices.>>

Ohio mail-in ballots now are required to arrive by election day, only six days away, as Republicans changed Ohio law late last year to prohibit counting mail-in ballots that arrive after election day, even if mailed on election day or earlier.

Vote early at your county election board, or drop off mail-in ballots at county election board sites.

While most of the attention is being paid to the marquee races, remember that there are down ballot races for Ohio House and Senate seats. Ohio government can't be reformed unless we turn over the legislature as well. Without change at the State House, nothing will change in the state.

“Vivek, Thank You”: Ramaswamy’s Shocking Ad is Galvanizing Ohio Democrats

At a crowded rally in Dayton, Ohio Monday night, celebrity singer John Legend characterized Vivek Ramaswamy as “desperate” and morally depraved. “He will stoop lower than you thought possible,” Legend said of Ramaswamy, the billionaire biotech entrepreneur and Ohio’s Republican candidate for governor.

“When Vivek Ramaswamy hears of an indicted child abuser who fled the state rather than face charges, instead of siding with the victim, he takes the side of the abuser. Dayton, do we want Vivek Ramaswamy to be in charge of protecting Ohio’s children? Do we want a man with this sort of depraved moral compass to lead our state?” asked Legend, an Ohio native.

Looking at moving to Stow, OH. Wife is concerned about racism?

Hi! As the title says, I'm looking at moving to Stow in a new apartment. My wife is concerned about racism. I am currently living in North Canton. I would like to be close to work. My commute is about 45 minutes. It would be cut down to 15. I'm a project engineer for a major construction company in the Cleveland area.

My wife is concerned about our changing environment being racist since we are black and have a young daughter (3 years old). She will eventually have to attend school and simply go outside for us to play.

Concerns came from her friends and a family member saying that Stow is apparently racist? Idk I don't feel like this is a big concern, even if it was because we live in OH lol and the state gets the same rep in general.

I have lived here for 20 years and the only time I ran into a racist, they helped me jump my car, told me they were racist during the process and us having convo and they were white using the hard r btw but this happened in another area where my car broke down. They seemed like decent human beings, so idk 😂 is it really a major concern these days to reconsider a nice place that meets our growing family's needs? I think it's kinda silly but she's really upset I'm not taking it seriously.

On Sunday, The Plain Dealer, Ohio’s largest newspaper, broke with its policy against endorsing candidates in major races to back Acton for governor.

Major Ohio Paper Breaks Own Rule on Endorsements to Trash Ramaswamy

The nearly two-century-old Cleveland Plain Dealer broke with precedent to endorse Democratic gubernatorial candidate Amy Acton.

Vivek Ramaswamy’s dirty political schemes are making history.

The Ohio Republican gubernatorial nominee’s boorish ad campaign against Democratic candidate Dr. Amy Acton has inspired one of Ohio’s oldest newspapers, Cleveland’s The Plain Dealer, to break company policy in Acton’s favor.

The paper had stated a few months ago it would not make political endorsements, including in the governor’s race. But on Sunday, its editorial board published a statement declaring it stood firmly behind Acton.

The weekly’s decision is just the latest in a tsunami of public backlash against Ramaswamy and his team after they aired an advertisement earlier this month that featured Acton’s estranged mother, Donna Arthur. In the ad, Arthur claimed that “Amy has a serious problem.”

The MAGA Republicans arranged the cameo despite the fact that Acton had not spoken to her mother since she was 12 years old, and that Arthur abandoned her two children to skip town with her husband, who was indicted for allegedly raping Acton when she was a young girl.

“A candidate who uses childhood sexual abuse as a weapon against the person who endured it has crossed a line that Ohioans should defend, whatever their party,” the newspaper’s editorial board wrote.

“We are better than this. We have a responsibility to show it,” it continued. “We made our endorsement policy to serve our readers. We cannot let it become a reason to remain silent when we believe Ohio faces a choice this consequential.”
