I have 4% battery atm. My phone fell out my jean pocket and into the toilet at around 6pm this evening.

When is it safe to charge it? What should I do, or not do?

It’s an iPhone 15 Pro. It was only in the bowl for <1min (estimated).

I was in iMessage scrolling messages from today, and some contacts have just disappeared? Some of these contacts I’ve had for years. I’ve tried restarting. How do I fix?

È da tempo che con il mio iphone 16e noto un drain della batteria molto intenso. Con ios 27 non ho notato un miglioramento. Stato batteria 94%. Il maggior uso viene da Whatsapp, anche se durante il giorno lo utilizzo poco. Qualcuno sa quale può essere il problema o la soluzione? Grazie!

Awhile back on my mom’s iPhone 12, it would constantly turn off iMessage/FaceTime. We thought it was a phone issue and she wanted to upgrade anyway so she got a new 17e. Well, it’s still happening. I went to the iMessage settings and chose her phone number/e-mail to send/receive and it works for a day or two and then goes right back to RCS messaging. I’ve tried several workarounds and nothing seems to work. Does anyone know why it’s doing this? She’s currently on 27.2 but it was happening a few updates before this too.

Hello, I recently updated my iPhone 13 to IOS 27 and now I can’t see the photos, links and documents I sent to other people. I watched a YouTube tutorial and I just don’t see those tabs next to info and background. What’s wrong here? Should I wait for another update?

My phone was bought from California, USA.

Edit: I found out that the update removed my photo, link, and document history from all my chats so that’s why that stuff isn’t showing up. Does anyone know how to get those histories back?

(iPhone X, IOS 16.7.16) Yesterday morning, my phone audio was just doing fine. Last night, I used it and the audio started crackling on everything: calls, social media, games, everything. If I'd lower the volume and leave my phone for at least 30 minutes, the audio would go back to normal, but then would happen again. I don't think that there's water inside my phone because I always place my phone in a dry, safe place. Any thoughts about this? How do I fix this?

Hello! My wife purchased an iPhone 14 about a year ago that we are only now able to switch her to. My wife is disabled and so needs to have the "Reduce White Point" setting pretty high. When she does this however, her screen goes a very deep red.

I have tried turning off night shift, turning on True Tone, enabling a color tint filter, and using the Zoom dim light filter instead of reduce white point and they all didn't fix the issue.

We got this phone refurbished, so I am guessing this is a screen issue 🫠 but if there is some other easy fix let me know!

Hallo zusammen, Ich habe seit einiger Zeit keinen Mobilfunkempfang mehr mit meinem iPhone 18 Pro Max. Ich wohne in Berlin und nutze eine Telekom eSIM. Laut Telekom gibt es in meiner Gegend keine gemeldeten Netzstörungen.

Ich habe dieses Problem schon seit dem Kauf des Handys sporadisch. In den letzten zwei Tagen ist das Signal jedoch immer wieder für mehrere Stunden ausgefallen. Seit gestern ist die Verbindung komplett weg – seit etwa 18 Stunden habe ich keinerlei Empfang.

Folgendes habe ich bereits versucht:

• Telefon neu gestartet
• Netzwerkeinstellungen zurückgesetzt
• Neuestes iOS-Update (iOS 27.2) installiert
• Flugmodus ein- und ausgeschaltet
• Sichergestellt, dass kein VPN aktiv ist

Was wirklich seltsam ist: Das Handy zeigt durchgehend '5G' und zwischen 2 und 4 Empfangsbalken an, obwohl absolut keine tatsächliche Verbindung besteht.

Hat jemand ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht, insbesondere mit eSIMs oder dem iPhone 18 Pro Max? Da das Problem von Anfang an sporadisch auftritt, könnte es sich um einen Hardware-/Modemdefekt handeln? Ich bin für jeden Tipp dankbar!

Hola, tengo un problema persistente de conexión Wi-Fi con mi iPhone 18 Pro Max (modelo A3473) conectado a mi router T-Mobile TMO-G5AR. El teléfono permanece conectado a la red Wi-Fi, pero ocasionalmente pierde la conexión a internet. En otras palabras, el ícono de Wi-Fi sigue visible y el dispositivo parece estar conectado al router, pero no puedo navegar por internet correctamente. ¿Alguien ha tenido este problema? ¿Existe alguna solución?

Trying to put FaceTime in smaller pictures and picture mode on inner screen and it just automatically goes to multitask side. Anyone have a fix?

I’m having an issue where certain contacts saved in my iPhone are showing up as phone numbers only in iMessage instead of their contact names. The names still appear correctly in my Contacts app, and this only seems to affect certain contacts, not everyone. I’ve already tried deleting the affected contacts and re-adding them, but that didn’t fix the issue. I’ve been back and forth with senior Apple tech supports and did a whole bunch of tests/troubleshooting, but nothing seems to work.
Has anyone experienced this or knows how to resolve it? This has only happened to me as soon as I switched to the iPhone 18. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

My iPhone 16 pro keeps using the wrong sim line. I checked all the settings (default voice line in settings, preferred line per contact set to “always use”, change settings and restart the device, etc) but it still uses the wrong sim line… I’ve searched Apple community and online, but there’s still no helpful answer, anyone knows how to fix this?

So yeah, I accidentally dropped my iPhone 15 Pro Max into a pot full of sunflower oil.
The oil was at room temperature (not hot), and the phone was completely submerged for about 2–3 seconds before I pulled it out.
The screen and touchscreen were still working perfectly fine when I took it out. I immediately turned it off and wiped off as much oil as I could with a cloth.
I haven’t turned it back on or tried charging it since.
I know it’s IP68 rated, but I’m not sure how well that holds up against oil rather than water. I’m mostly worried about oil getting into the speakers, microphones, USB-C port, or even the internals.
Has anyone dealt with something similar? Should I just leave it off for now, or take it straight to Apple?
How screwed am I? Any advice would be appreciated!

As titles says. I have deleted photos and apps, but still I can’t update apps or take photos. I can’t even send photos by sms. I don’t know if that has something to do with it. It’s an old phone, iPhone SE.

My iPhone 13 was in the washing machine for about one minute. When the washing machine stopped, I heard something moving inside. I checked and found my phone. In the washing machine I also used a laundry detergent pod, and some of the liquid came out into the water, so the water was not clear.

I turned my mobile phone off and I plan to leave it off for at least 48 hours before turning it on again. However what should I do now? Should I take my phone to a service shop before trying to charge it? Should they check it and replace any parts? Or should I just let it dry for a few days and see if it still works?

Has anyone had a similar experience with an iPhone? I would really appreciate your advice.

It locates my wife's devices just fine.

Can anybody figure out why ProRAW doesn’t show. Most know that this iPhone supports ProRAW. Help is appreciated
