I was cycling at several speed when my phone fell from my pocket and the case came off. Visually it appears fine, though there is a scratch on the camera.

So I’ve got Two questions:

1. How might this scratch affect the camera, or will it have no impact?
   

2.The phone seems fine now, but what are the chances of internal damage from such a fall?

I have this Nokia G22, someone factory reset it, upon setting it up they set up a password, and then forgot it.

i don’t care about any of the data on the device

and there is no FRP / Google Lock

I’ve tried using the volume up / power button to enter recovery, but the farthest i get is a screen whereby it says “fastboot” in the top corner, and the android screen, and it doesn’t go further than that.

any advice? please 😂

Changed the battery on my iPhone 13 again and after taking out the screen, changing the battery and putting the screen back in it just stopped working.

The connector doesn’t have that „click“ anymore that it once had but still worked fine before. Can’t see anything on the pins as well maybe you guys know better what to look for than me. Is the screen toast?

Get a $20 lcd one to test if that works? Thanks in advance

I have an iPhone 13 Pro with a second-hand screen that is incredibly thick and isn’t flush with the phone. I still have the original screen, so I was wondering if anyone has ever swapped the frame from the original screen onto the second-hand one, and whether it’s fairly complicated or not.

So, my 3 yo flip5 have started playing up a month ago: the inner display stopped taking touch (prob a flex cable issue) but the most mysterious thing is the top edge of the cover display starting to lift about half a mm from the bezel.

Has the coverscreen become detached by itself for anyone else? What would be the cause?

Different markings say different

Long story short my apple pen somehow got stuck on the bottom of my air fryer and was cooked for like 4-5 minutes at 400 F (not pre-heated), but it wasn’t that hot when I took it out (😭) and it doesn’t look like anything was damaged other than the outside case part. I’m also 90% sure the black scuff marks and from me shoving it in the air fryer. Would it be unwise to try and keep using it?

I wasn’t sure where to post this so any advice is appreciated.

My sister let me use her old 13PM that have great sentimental value because I gave my 1TB iPhone to father who is out of storage. The phone is in mint condition so I replace the battery and reseal the phone with new screen seal.

A month passed and this afternoon it shut itself off and I couldn't turn it on. Connect to power it came back on with cellular issue. Before I can connect it to iTunes to back up it shut off again and never get passed the Apple logo. Open it up and the board smells and there are some moisture under the battery so I guess the board is fried.

Is it possible for me to get another 13PM and swap in the motherboard to this to get it working again? I know data won't be recovered this way but I backed up 2 weeks ago so not terrible. I just don't want to leave a sentimental phone dead-dead. Thanks.

Hello poor college student here last night. I was using my iPhone 15 Pro Max and then I put it to charge overnight when I woke up. I realized it didn’t charge at all so I plugged it in and it still didn’t charge so I decided to just leave it there for a second and just come back so once I opened it up again and I checked everything the battery was still being lost and it wasn’t really charging would charge, but the flashing charging symbol would flash off and on the battery fully drained I just bought a new phone, but I really need to recover this one if it’s possible can anybody help me?

Spilled about 5 ounces of warm tea with sugar on my MacBook Air while it was charging. Immedietly hard shut it down, used paper towels to wipe up what I could till dry, used a damp paper towel to remove the sticky, and inverted into an upside down V. All within the span of 3-5 minutes.

During this time the computer, without prompting, reset itself and then flashed pink over the whole screen 2-3 times. I now have it hard shutoff and inverted and won’t touch it for 3 days.

Now what? No apple care. Chances of it actually being fine vs this becoming a long term issue even if it turns on with no issue? If so, should I be looking to replace sooner rather than later?

I have a iphone 14 pro max that suffered a big impact at the top, the whole truedepth system with the front camera was bent and not working along with the display and 0.5x and 3x cameras (main camera still worked), since the faceid sensor wasnt even being read by my faceid programmer i gave up on even trying to fix it so i put a new screen and bought a new used front camera assembly, however the front camera is still not working, even after doing a full flash with 3utools. is it likely that its a motherboard issue that somehow didnt affect anything else other than the front cam or it could be something like the 0.5x and 3x cameras being dead or something to do with apples anti repair tactics? i remember when i had a iphone x that had all cameras not working because the front one was dead even though the back cameras were fine by themselves so im wondering if this could be a similar case or if theres another problem with this phone
