Yesterday, I went shopping with my best friend. He’s been going through a really rough time mentally, and we both LOVE GTA 6.

My health has been really bad because of a chronic illness ( fuck crohns ) , and most of my salary goes toward medical expenses ( surgery and hospital stays aint cheap boys ) so money is tight and I couldn’t really afford to buy the game for myself.

But i knew that buying him the game would make him a little happy

So, while we were at the store, I told him I’d forgotten something, went back and secretly bought him a gift card while he was waiting for me in the car.

I came back and surprised him HE WAS SO SHOCKED

THEN HE PULLED OUT A GIFT CARD TOO!!!

BRO HAD LITERALLY TAKEN THE OPPORTUNITY WHILE I WAS BUSY INSIDE THE STORE, ON THE SAME DAY, IN THE SAME PLACE, TO GO TO SAME EMPLOYEE AND SECRETLY BUY ME A GIFT CARD SO I CAN PREORDER THE GAME.

WE BOTH SECRETLY DID THE EXACT SAME THING FOR EACH OTHER WITHOUT KNOWING IT.

It’s my birthday today, and I genuinely don’t think I’ll ever forget this. We’re both struggling in our own ways, but we still wanted to make each other happy.

Im so lucky to have such a friend man, see y’all in vice city boys!!

Think about it for a sec. 300. For a game. Absolutely insane

Title: GTA 6 countdown shows November 18 at 9 PM in Australia?

I took this screenshot on October 28, 2026, at 6:09 PM in Perth, Western Australia (AWST).

At the time, the countdown showed 21 days, 2 hours and 51 minutes remaining.

Based on that countdown, the release/unlock time would be:

- Perth, Australia: November 18 at 8:59 PM (approximately 9 PM AWST)

- Italy: November 18 at 1:59 PM (CET)

- UK: November 18 at 12:59 PM (GMT)

- New York: November 18 at 7:59 AM (EST)

- Los Angeles: November 18 at 4:59 AM (PST)

So according to what I'm seeing, the game should unlock at 9 PM on November 18 here in Perth.

Is anyone else seeing the same countdown? Could this indicate a worldwide simultaneous release rather than a midnight release in each region?

Household insert certain council tax bands in the UK are gonna get £100 in November to help with the cost of living.

This will be go directly into UK bank accounts. I didn’t have John Healy paying for me to get the ultimate edition on my 2026 bingo card.

This level of advertising is on a whole nother level

Put together this list with some of my favorite movies with thematic and Florida ties to GTA 6, please comment any you think should be added!!
