I found a recipe on IG for slow cooker beef roast that I needed to try. I skipped the slow cooker and cooked it in the oven instead after a nice sear. Served it over boiled potatoes topped with a little butter and sour cream. Absolutely fantastic. The shredded roast recipe is a keeper for sure.

Matane shrimp ceviche with sweet potato, corn, onions, avocado, button mushrooms, marinated in green aguachile and topped with fresh cilantro and chilli and served with Cajun dusted patacones. 

Amazing stuff.

With homemade kefir, Snickers bars, cream (36% fat), guar gum, salt, powdered sugar, dextrose.

Basmati rice, garlic and coriander naan, mixed pickle, mango chutney, brinjal pickle.

I made the bread using French onion soup instead of water. I cured the bacon with kosher salt and maple sugar and smoked over charcoal and apple wood. Didn’t make the cheese myself.

This was genuinely a 10/10
