Hi all, this is embarrassing so I'll take it down after a few answers.
I'm extremely afraid of the city bus so I want to try it this week. Google says it's 3.95
It says exact fare is required. If I pay with 2 toonies will they still let me on.. or do I have to pay exactly 3.95? I know they don't do change, I do not care, I just want to be sure that I can board the bus paying 4$ instead of 3.95
That being said I also am wondering which coins the bus accepts?

Hello everyone!
I’m currently pregnant (27 weeks) and my ferritin level has dropped to 15. I’m looking into getting an IV iron infusion and hoping to find somewhere in Windsor or the surrounding area that offers them.
I’m open to private clinics and paying out of pocket, especially if it means getting an appointment sooner.
For anyone who’s had an iron infusion locally, I’d really appreciate hearing about your experience!
Where did you go, and would you recommend them?
How long did you wait for an appointment?
What was the total cost if you paid privately?
How many infusions did you need?
Did you notice a significant improvement in your iron levels or symptoms afterward?
Thanks so much in advance! Just trying to figure out the quickest and best option locally. 😊

What kind of community events would people be interested in seeing in the community? Asking from a hospitality perspective of someone who would like to plan events that people are actually excited to go to. We see a lot of wine and paint nights, etc. and that's great but what else is missing/what do we need more of?

Anyone know why Dr. Tan's Healthy Image Centre is closing March 2027?

Hi everyone! The Windsor Optimist Club is hosting a free Remembrance Day Storytime with veterans for families at Storytellers Bookstore on Ottawa Street. Kids will receive complimentary treats & one free book per family. They're also running a food drive, so please bring a canned good to help out if you can.

Yeah with humidex, but still 23°C even before that. Three days before November, and it’ll be warmer than Vegas and much of Florida. Insane.

My kid has a last-minute school project (of course) and I need to buy some electronics components -- LED strip, various resistors, etc. There isn't enough time to order online.
Does anyone know of a store I could hit up in person today for this kind of thing?

Tragic start to someones day. Not sure what happened, but why are the roads so unsafe?
Edit: I just found out it was intentional.

Going to be going on a little road trip with a couple of buddies and will be making a stop in Windsor for one night in mid November. We are a small group of guys aged 38-40. We’re staying at Caesars downtown and are looking for somewhere to have dinner and then one or two places to check out afterward. Any to avoid ending up in a bar full of only university students and feeling out of place. Majority of the group is single so looking for a cool place we can go to mingle with others in our age group.
Let me know if you have any recommendations.
Thanks!

Hello everybody. I have a few questions to ask. As the title suggests it's related to cockroaches.
So basically my questions are this.
How many of you are dealing with roaches in your apartment / house, from your experience what area in Windsor has the most amount of roaches, is fumigating the house or an apartment really the last resolve or the best resolve anybody could do?
Okay. Basically I live in an apartment in West Windsor and over the past month we have been receiving some roaches here and there. Now technically I can deal with it however my wife cannot. She's truly afraid to the point of her whole body clenching. She's even afraid of going back to our unit. She gathers herself but to a limit.
Here's the thing. We don't have a massive infestation we see them every now and then maximum 8 a day and that was a few days ago. Right now three or four will find and half of them are dead. I know technically that sounds like good news to some and to me it sure is but she can't handle it even though she's really trying.
I wanted to know where in Windsor is do you believe it has the most amount of roaches and if you had them or not how do you get rid of them?
Oh. I forgot to mention. We had the apartment sprayed. That was two weeks ago and it was sprayed in the kitchen and bathroom. Unfortunately all that did was spread them across the other areas of the apartment. I talked to my landlord about fumigation. I should have a date for that soon.
Sorry for the long read, I appreciate your time.

Hi all,
Recently had a fridge delivered and the movers scraped a bit of my floor, rails and railing pillar.
Anybody know a reliable company who can repair this? TIA

A colleague of mine and I are on the hunt. Is there any local spot that sells sourdough pizza dough? Not finished pizzas, but just uncooked sourdough pizza dough. Any leads are much appreciated.

Great to see voters in Windsor and surrounding communities reject the status quo and choose something different moving forward.
The incumbent mayors offered more of the same and voters clearly expressed a desire for new ideas
