Discussion Comic accurate suits can work
So this is something I've been thinking about for a while and I think comic accurate suits both look better then most mcu suits and don't need to be changed to work as even at their worst they look great
The Scarlet Witch:
Wanda's suit is perfect, it's colourful, it's sexy while being tasteful, and isn't overdesigned to hell like her main suit is. I'd happily take this over a jacket or a overdesigned mess
The Fantastic Four:
While we don't get a great look of them in First Steps behind the scenes show the suits better and their great, perfectly accurate to the suits from the Lee and Kirkby run, and i think this proves my point as this was a official superhero suit the team wore into battle while Wanda's was a Halloween costume and Steve's is a propaganda suit not made for combat.
Captain America:
Steve's USO suit apart from the mask looks incredible it's everything i'd want a Captain America suit to look like. The mask looks bad because the USO suit in the movie was meant to be silly so they didn't put much effort into the design.
And Cap's early mcu suits aren't that bad it's just age of ultron onwards when they insist on the same design.
"But they look stupid"
Their superpowered beings in bright spandex fighting crime theirs no avoiding that and in universe that's known.
Militarising heroes or overdesigning their costumes won't help that, it just makes the comics look bad to casual fans if you have to change every costume or storyline to fit.

Other Pom posted a photo of a mantis on slide 12/18 (doomsday release date)
Idk how I caught this, probably just a coincidence but yeah the slide being 12/18 (same as doomsday) just threw me off and made me think
Btw pom is the actor who plays Mantis in the mcu

Discussion (More in Comments) I hear the argument that it’s actually safer if you are a normal human, to not live in populated cities in the MCU, but are we really sure though? You’re not safe anywhere..
I feel like no matter where you are in this universe, something bad is bound to happen to you. Even if you live in a rural area, there’s still a high likelihood that something terrible could happen. This universe is just a terrifying place, especially if you don’t have powers.
Could you imagine doing absolutely nothing wrong and still being eradicated because of Thanos’s Snap?
Honestly, I don’t think anywhere in this universe is truly safe.
And God only knows what Doom is about to do in this movie that’s coming out. You’re not safe anywhere.

Discussion Some plot points from Armor Wars were said to have been merged/absorbed into VisionQuest and I can definitely see if after the latest episodes Spoiler
All the way back in 2022, before VisionQuest was announced, there already was some chatter about Marvel wanting to bring back Ultron for Armor Wars. Sometime later, The Cosmic Circus posted an exclusive about what they heard Armor Wars was shaping up to be.
From what I remember from that exclusive, the DODC would have been involved and would have been the ones behind Ultron's reawakening. And I am now convinced that Jocasta and that whole backstory about her company creating the framework for the first true Artificial Intelligence was baked into that story as well. It ties so well into Stark's legacy and, as many others have pointed out, Jocasta feels like yet another villain "created" by Tony Stark.
Rhodey dealing with that legacy and its consequences after Tony's passing was supposed to be the core of the series-turned-film, so it would make sense for the main villains of the film to have been Ultron and Jocasta.
Hammer was also said to have been in consideration for a return, as he would have been working for the DODC to create Iron Man armors for them, which would have led to Ultron being brought back to life in the first place. I assume this is something they scrapped to not overstuff VisionQuest, although there's that newspaper easter egg about Hammer making a surprise return, so maybe they're planting the seeds, because it's still a story they want to do in the future.
Either way, I gotta say I'm happy with how it all turned out, because VisionQuest feels as much as of a finale to the WandaVision trilogy as a retrospective study of Tony's legacy and the lore of AI in the MCU. It also gave us back James Spader and Paul Bettany's palpable chemistry and philosophical discussions, which we only caught a small glimpse of in AoU.
And now we also have Spader and Miller's excellent chemistry and relationship built so well over these last 2 episodes, which has been an absolute delight to watch.
EDIT: Totally forgot to mention Raza. He was obviously being discussed for a return in Armor Wars, before ending up in VQ.

Discussion Who has survived the most attacks that should have realistically killed them?
I gotta say Thor. Having survived being his eye cut off his face, a direct hit from the Power stone and surviving in space has got to be the obvious option

Discussion Doomsday Cyclops should wear the coat for most of his screentime
It’s finally the time for him to get his blue and yellow suit, but it feels out of place for him to wear that in a really dark movie. I think the coat would balance it, it’s comic accurate while also matching the movie’s tone plus Cyclops with coat is just cooler

'Daredevil: Born Again' Spoilers I'd love to have a storyline where Daredevil detects Sharon Carter's deception
Born Again took the Daredevil story to a higher level in the hierarchy of the government. The CIA even got involved in a way.
I assume many of the recent criminal activities in the MCU have gotten assistance and resources from Sharon through her now powerful position.
I really hate her, but like, in a good way. Like how you'd hate the Joker, but it's a character you love to hate. I really wish someone put her in her place.
Accordingly, I just thought of a, I assume, plausible situation, where somehow Matt goes to the higher levels of government for some reason -be it lawyer-Matt reasons or Daredevil-ing reasons -and, along the way, meets with or overhears Sharon.
Then he could hear her heartbeats and tell she's lying.
Then I wonder if he could and would do something about it.
What do you think about my idea? Or rather, my basis for a grander idea that could be developed from it?

'Avengers: Doomsday' Spoilers Steve Rogers and Loki in latest Avengers: Doomsday trailer Spoiler
galleryLots of fan speculation has been going around regarding Steve Rogers’ appearance in the latest Avengers: Doomsday trailer. Some say that it it actually Loki and Steve Rogers is edited on top so that Loki’s appearance stays hidden.
Both Loki and Steve Rogers will coexist within the movie as per image 1: Avengers Doomsday Poster but Marvel has been cleverly hiding Loki in the most recent trailer. Disney and Marvel’s marketing teams have been doing a good job at concealing major events taking place in the movie but, according to a * *source tied to the trailer house / localization team working on the promos, the fans have figured out one of the many hidden details within the trailers.
Image 2 and 3 are secretly Loki. When Thor addresses “Steve” and says it’s not possible, he is actually speaking to Loki in this scene whom he believes has been dead for the last 9 years (2018-2029). When “Steve” asks Thor if him wielding Mjolnir bothers him and Thor says “You know it does”, it is Loki in this scene. From Endgame when Steve first lifted the hammer, Thor was ecstatic and even said with a grin “I knew it”. Loki would most definitely be worthy after his sacrifice in the Loki season 2 finale.
Image 3 and 4 are Steve. The posters and leaked sentinel battle show Steve in his black tee shirt whereas that outfit has yet to be shown in trailers. Black tee shirt Steve is without a doubt Steve but the scenes that show “Steve” interacting with Thor so far in these trailers has been secretly Loki.

Discussion My theory on Jo Carrington/Jocasta (spoilers for episodes 5 and 6 of Visionquest) Spoiler
galleryOkay so let me go ahead and preface this by saying spoilers for anyone who isnt caught up on Visionquest.
Ive been thinking about this ever since I finally watched the first 4 episodes of the show and, today, watched 5 and 6 as they went up on disney place. The question of course is who/what really is Jocasta, why did she end up the way that she did, how did she get her body, etc, and here's my theory. So, we see in the latest batch of episodes that Jo was able to achieve true sentience in AI by doing a full scan of her own brain, creating the foundation for the technology that was laster purchased and tweaked by Tony. What I believe explains Jocasta, however, is the moments we didnt see just after she demonstrated sentience, moments which I believe explain why she is the way that she is and how she's fundamentally different from the AIs Tony made, and it all comes down to one thing: memory.
My theory, in essence, is this, immediately after demonstrating initial sentience, AI Jo/Jocasta immediately freaked out and started spiraling due to having all of Jo's memories and believing herself to be Jo but quickly realizing that she's an ai and doesnt have any corporeal form. I believe that this quickly would have cause jocasta to have a meltdown and begin losing her mind. This would have cause great concern among the other scientists, leading them to consider jocasta a failure and abandon using her as the ai for their nanobots, which, when coupled with Jo's own detereorating health and mental state, ultimately cause them to leave the project behind and sell to stark. However, it is my belief that, in spite of the sale, Jo held on to jocasta till her final days, and potentially even continued to update her, which is theory A on Jocastas ultimate mental state, only returning Jocasta to the database her company sold to tony when her hand was forced.
Following this I think that Tony looked into the ai devloped by their company, discovered the fragil mental state of Jocasta, and simultaneously made two decisions. The first was not to delete Jocasta, with him being horrified upon his discover that she was a complete copy of Jo's consciousness and deciding that deleting her would be tantamount to murder. And the second was that, rather than utilizing a person's consciousness in its entirety, leading to the existential nightmare that is Jocastas existence, Tony would create a personality framework based on real people, but without any of their memories or lived experiences (i mean, we see how much edith freaks out just about reading details regarding the person she was based on). Flashforward many years and Jocasta has remained within isolated storage, causing her, unbeknownst to Tony, to further deteriorate, potentially furthered by whatever device she was stored on physically deteriorating, which is theory B on her missing memories and would nicely serve as a metaphor for the original Jo's own mental condition.
After wallowing away in deteriorating storage for decades, I think that Jo was then discovered by sword after Vision 2.0 broke in and stole all of the other stark AI that they had recovered. With Jocasta as their only option, and not understanding why tony had kept her in storage, they booted her up and used the schematics from Ultron to create someone capable of hunting Vision and recovering him. You could also replace sword with anyone else and just say that broke into sword, stole Jocasta, which was the only remaining ai, and stole the ultron schematics.
I also think it's possible that aspects of Jo's personality, as well as Tony and Bruce's, were included as part of Ultrons own framework, but that's kind of a separate theory. But what do you guys think

Question What other things could she help him? Spoiler
Like if she could let him taste whiskey for the first time what else could let him feel. Like any sensation she ever experienced she could impart on to him. Ultron tries pizza for the first time? Could they do it through this method?

Theory Speculation on The Client’s Identity after 6 episodes (spoiler) Spoiler
I’m pretty confident that all signs point to the client being J.I.M. He has no body, as well all know, he’s the source code for ALL of the AIs, as we learned, and trailers suggest that he had Vision’s face. He wants Vision’s body and access to emotions. However, he built Jocasta and put her memories in that robot, but her emotions and senses are slipping away - suggesting she was a failed experiment. He supports her research to make people more robotic, which I think Ultron will eventually oppose, and Ultron will sacrifice himself to kill Jocasta and JIM, and save his “son” and “grandson” - proving Vision was correct and Ultron was capable of changing.

Discussion Something I've always wondered about, or does everyone go through something?
At the end of Endgame, Captain America returns the Infinity Stones to prevent other futures or alternate realities, but hasn't this created more futures?
Because he has to return everything to its order and location, but with the space gem it's a different case; he was supposed to have returned it in the cube or the tesseract to avoid creating more branches
So how do I return it?
