Sheβs lasted about 4 years now, costed a total of 3k straight from my savings from my first ever shitty cashier job. I didnβt pick my car, I arrived home one day and my mom had bought it with my money (with permission of course). I was very iffy when I learned it was manual but when my brother said he was jealous I was immediately on board with learning how to drive it.
I tell people if I ever win the lottery the first thing Iβm doing is fixing every single broken part of Georgie and restoring him to prime condition. Except for the broken door handle on the drivers door, I like that. Unless itβs raining cuz I have to manually roll down the window and reach out to use the handle on the outside.
This little beauty has been through so much shit, I am not a gentle driver. One time a 20 minute drive home turned to two hours because of how icy the highway was and this bitch got me through it safe and sound. What a legend.
My mom gets paranoid driving it because she says she feels like the car is gonna fall apart whenever she does but I say she just doesnβt understand the pure determination of this car to keep on moving,
I cant imagine ever having a different car and when she breaks I am going to sob uncontrollably.
