I’m not sure if the devs even look at this sub, but I’ll shoot my shot anyway. I have hosted a radio show (The Stash on WFML-87.8) on Dayone servers for over a year and the recent update has me feeling bummed. The Morse code frequency being the new default is a step in the wrong direction imo. I think the Morse code thing is cool, but the waves should be for the people. I’ve had so many amazing interactions over the airwaves and ever since the frequency shuffle I haven’t heard anyone. When people interact with a radio they tend to click it on and if they hear nothing then they just click it off again. They even took my beautiful PA systems from Nasdara (I haven’t found one at least). So please, BI devs make the radio primarily for players to interact with players and just scoot them beeps on down the line.

If you have stamina plus, or loot plus, then don't have "official," or "vanilla" in your server name. So sick of loading into servers like Karma Krew and finding a gun in the first house, and then 3 more with ammo in the police station. Might as well just go play pubg at that point.

How do I fix this? I’m on official servers and I’m constantly getting snuck up on by zombies walking through walls and now a pack of wolves just showed up and attacked me inside the walls. What’s going on?

It's was a long journey but it's worth it.

Playing on Nasdara with my buddies they started talking about a seeing a castle in the distance. I couldn’t see it at all, first image is their perspective second image is mine. We all play on base PS5, so why are they getting such a higher draw distance?

I was playing on the server's night time, character shivering, clothes all soaked,worried about catching a cold, sun comes out, I catch a heat stroke anyway, lol.

2 geared guys tried to kill me even tho i just spawned :s

Anyone else feel like we should be able to cut sleeves off jackets and shirts with a knife to reduce insulation? I always find myself overheating in Livonia when wearing some of the better clothing. I think it’d be a cool little survival mechanic where you sacrifice some protection for better temperature control. Maybe even use the leftover sleeves as rags.

Thought I'd post a clip since these are kind of rare, roughly every 10 hours, somewhat random. They look so cool as they roll across the desert, really changes conditions. These guys found shelter to wait it out as it does a bit of damage and visibility is pretty bad. Nice seeing DayZ put the work into making this new map have so much detail. I do have extensive history with this game, so I would not ask unless I really think there was something wrong.

I have discovered approximately 10 random convoy spawns
Checked hospitals 20 different times
Fire stations about 15 times.
Numerous helicopter crash crashes.
I’ve checked the yellow medical tent sites about eight times
I’ve also checked the NWAF plane site about 5 times.
I’ve been searching for about a week and have found every single piece of NBC equipment several times, but not one pair of gloves.

Anyone else experiencing this issue?

I've been camping around a bit and I've noticed dead zombies stay in the ground for hours now. It's not all of them, some despawn after 10 minutes like usual, but others stay hours, even when nobody's around, even after logging out and reloging after a couple hours.

I know some of you don't like the desert setting, but after playing on forest/winter maps for so many years, it's a breath of fresh (very hot) air.

I play with my friend on linux, him on pc, on official servers, but we always wind up getting one tapped by invisible cheaters. We want to play on com servers but anything i see and tell him to look up he doesn't see and vice versa. There are a couple servers we've found in common but they are quite rare. Yes we've done direct search of ip and server. I've downloaded dayzgui and that's didn't help. It's a very odd issue cause we see similar looking servers but not the exact same ones. Any insight would be appreciated...
