Phnom Penh King Muscle Cambodia sent me an open product with no seal
Just a warning if you buy any supplements from King Muscle Cambodia in Phnom Penh. They sent me a product with no seal and it was already opened. The owner called me and started cussing me out when I asked for a refund. First he admitted that the products that they receive are already opened, then changed it by saying that VET opened it while being shipped to Siem Reap, then changed it by saying that I opened it and I'm trying to scam him.
Just wanted to let people to know to be careful when dealing with businesses online. I lost $79 and he refuses to refund me.

Employment Cambodia workplace environment, Is it all toxic?
I was a senior position in a decent size company in Phnom Penh around 200 Employee, The work culture for me personally kinda unprofessional no clear objective or KPI, task change depend on upper management mood. Few of the local company I've work with is pretty much the same.
I thought maybe I am the trouble but when I switch to work for international company the work culture is way better and way more professional.

Food Help identifying local market produce
I'd like to know what these products at the local market are, can anybody help?
About the third image: I assume that's honey but do people buy a bottle of honey or do they buy the honeycombs and get the honey out at home?
And about the last image, I was trying to buy the yellow paste circled in red but the lady didn't seem to want to sell it to me. Instead she sold me something that I assumed was some kind of spice paste but turned out to be honey 😂
I'd be curious to know what it was I was trying to buy in the first place and why she would give me honey instead
Edit: for images 1 and 2 my question is about the root vegetables (?) in the foreground, in case it wasn't clear

Phnom Penh Unpopular Opinion
I just tried that hyped up new Mega Coffee and it might be the worst coffee I’ve ever had in Cambodia.
Tbh, I’m not even comparing it to Brown or Tube, but fr even the 2,500៛ local coffees are way better. It tastes more like a syrup drink than actual coffee lol
I’d appreciate any good coffee recommendations in Phnom Penh!

Culture Siem Reap private tour guide highly recommended
I want to publically thank Barang Hang for making our time in Siem Reap so truly unforgettable. Choosing to book him for those four days was hands down the best decision of our entire trip!
We deeply appreciated how he introduced us to the authentic side of Cambodia that standard tours just don't touch. Every single moment felt special, from visiting his home village and taking that wonderful ox cart ride through the farmland with his uncle, to enjoying a home-cooked lunch in his mother’s outdoor kitchen and taking a private boat out to the floating village. And I have to mention how much we appreciated those ice-cold drinks ready in his cooler—especially those impromptu stops for fresh roadside coconuts!
Even months before we arrived, his thoughtfulness stood out when you suggested a better fantastic budget hotel that gave us such incredible value than what we had booked at an online booking site.
Because of his wonderful hospitality and care, I'm already planning a return trip to Cambodia in 2027 with a larger group of friends, and we are eagerly looking forward to having him guide our entire 14-day motorbike trip.
If you are planning a trip to Siem Reap and looking for a local guide, I cannot recommend Barang Hang highly enough. He is a kind-hearted, consummate professional who takes genuine pride in sharing his culture. Barang customizes your days entirely around your interests and introduces you to experiences you didn't even know were possible. Do yourself a favor and reach out to him for your trip—you will be in the absolute best hands!
