Does anyone know why UG2 has 2 buildings with the signage "Suomi Lewis" in front of them? For those that don't know, Suomi is Finland in Finnish. Not only that but white and blue are the colours of the flag. I always found it bizarre to come up on the sign as a kid. Just this random racing game having something in it seemingly from my country. Not once but twice too and the buildings are on separate blocks as well.

I don't know anything about methods to play this game.

I started played NFSU2 after hearing about how someone implemented it into the browser.

Is this the best way to play it or is there a better alternative? I want to play with my friends too, which I could do on the browser. I just had issues with starting lobbies.

I’ve been working on Retex, an open-source replacement for Texmod that brings modern tooling to texture modding for older Direct3D 9 games.

Features include existing .tpf pack support, texture previews, a CLI for managing packs, and multiple ways to load textures into games.

My biggest gripe with texmod was not being able to launch the game directly instead of going through it every time.
