Never tried Hitscan before so I’m excited. Coming from the SuperStrike x2 so hopefully clicks are almost as good

Hi i'm looking to upgrade and buy a new mouse and i'm trying to decide which ATK mouse should i get
My hand is 20x12cm and my recent mouse grip is palm claw hybrid
r/MouseReview • u/Cute-Read7349 • 1h ago
Hi fellas. Ive been using the razer deathadder essential for a while now and ive been considering to upgrade to a mouse thats
1- Has great build quality and longetivity
2- Should be light as i play competitive games
3-Should have good battery life and also be wireless too
4- Price shouldnt be extraordinary.
5- Dongle preferred
6- Should be comfortable enough to use competitively and casually, as you can see from my hand positioning
I havent set up a budget yet because i dont have an idea of what would a good mice cost.
So i would really appreciate your guys suggestions
Cheers! :)

So, my hands are 19.7x10.5 my grip is relaxed claw I think? Anyhow, I mained super light since dec of 2020 and I just sold it off as I never got along great with it and just kinda stuck with it. So far I’ve tried, viper v4 pro, deathadder v4 pro, a9 air+, rapoo vt3 max gen 2, L7 ultra+.. so far the l7 ultra* was the best but wished it was bigger and had more of a hump for the palm. I’m thinking Tenz mouse, or pulsar x2n medium crazy light.

Hello,
my trusted G402 Hyperion Fury is on its last legs, the scroll wheel doesnt click anymore when i press it down, so im looking for a replacement. I was checking different mice, mostly logitech since i really like the shape, and got a G502 x Lightspeed, because wireless sounded very nice to have.
I got it today the shape is nice, but it has a horrible metalic Sound when clicking and the scroll wheel doesnt feel as nice
I checked for Hours before and now after sending it back and looking for something else i hope that someone could help me out, im looking for a kinda similar shape as the one i have and preferably with a similar scroll wheel, which is more n the smoother side, all i can find online tho are like rippled(?) scroll wheels which have a very different feeling to it
Hope someone can help me out, thank you in advance!

Just wanted to share my mostly green setup. I am not a heavy gamer, I just mainly play an MMORPG so I can't give an opinion on its 8k feature.

I have had many different mice, wired or wireless over the past few years. I ordered the Hait almost 6 years ago, and I have been through 3 other mice since I got my Hati. I bought it for $50, and it literally was worth every penny; it outlasted my Logitech G Pro. The G Pro has so many issues, and the original model that I purchased suffered from double-click or debounce issues. I don't want a wireless mouse because I use my PC every day, and I don't like charging my mouse. I like lightweight mice, so a battery is a no-go. Should I just buy a new Hati or get something different? I know there are a million different mice at this point. I really prefer a Chinese brand for price-to-quality reasons, and I would like the mouse to be purple, but honestly, I don't care; a mouse is a mouse. I have a claw grip I usually rest the thumb part of my palm on my mouse and that's all besides the claw grip. Thank you have a good one!

So I'm using claw grip and small mice only, but Scyrox v8 mouse wheel is stiff and hard to click. Ideally I'm looking for same dimensions and weight but infinite scroll wheel option,is there anything? Logitech mx mice have bad sensors (I game and aiming is important) and basilisk is too big and heavy

Hey everyone!
About two years ago, I shared a post here on r/MouseReview showing my journey collecting SteelSeries peripherals over the years. Time flies, and today marks roughly the 2-year anniversary of that post. Since then, I’ve managed to hunt down some incredible pieces and make some major updates to the collection, so I wanted to share my progress with the community!
Here are some of the rarest highlights I’ve added recently:
Overall, finding these pieces in pristine condition with their original boxes has been a massive hunt, as most of them are genuinely hard to come by nowadays.
I also want to take a moment to express a huge thank you to this community. Over the past two years, so many of you have reached out to help me track down missing pieces. A very special shoutout goes to user u/Opening_Willow8229, who completely unselfishly offered me what is quite possibly the final puzzle piece for my SteelSeries x Counter-Strike collection: the rare HyperBeast QCK Mini mousepad. I couldn't be more grateful.
Another special shoutout has to go to the SteelSeries staff—and specifically u/MayDayFigs, who reached out to me directly after seeing my original post two years ago. They very kindly surprised me with some amazing items that I treasure deeply, including a super rare pre-production unit of the Arctis 7 "Ghost Edition" headset—a variant that never actually made it to retail—along with a letter congratulating me on the collection (I’ve attached photos of both the headset and the letter below!).
As a fun side note, the SteelSeries team even posted a TikTok reaction video to my original post, which was awesome and pretty funny to watch: TikTok Video
With these additions, I’ve pretty much completed everything I set out to find, with just one final "white whale" left on my list: the Blade & Soul mousepad. If anyone has any leads on that one, let me know!
Also, throughout this journey, I’ve picked up a few duplicate items. If anyone in the community is excited about finding a specific piece and wants to trade or needs help adding it to their setup, feel free to reach out—I’d love to help out fellow collectors!
I’d love to see what you guys have in your setups as well. Feel free to share photos of your own peripheral collections in the comments, drop any funny collecting stories, or suggest any rare SteelSeries products that you think might still be missing from my display.
Thanks for reading, and here’s to preserving a bit of gaming and hardware history!

I have just bought the Razer Viper V4 Pro and I like the mouse very much, but i was starting to wonder if wired of wireless had any difference in games.
I tried searching online but I could not find an answer.
Thanks in advance!

Hello,
What do you recommend? My hand is 20 cm long and 9 cm wide, and I mainly play single-player games like RDR2 or Cyberpunk.
I initially wanted the M9, but then I saw this guy’s comment and it made me hesitate: https://www.reddit.com/r/MouseReview/comments/1s096px/comment/obwbwg4/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button
Thanks!

Hey guys!
I can't really decide which mouse to choose, both feels great, but I do not want to keep both of them.
What would you recommend me to keep? What would you choose and why?
Tell me in the comments.
Thank you for reading my post.

Grazie.

As in the title I'm looking for a gaming mouse, preferably up to 45€ max.. I wanted to buy Attack Shark X11 Pro V2 but i saw some reviews that made me think otherwise.

Finally upgraded from my banged up G703 and it's a joy to use something modern and with interesting new tech even if it's not the second coming of mouse christ. Playing around in the settings I had a realisation and after some googling can't find that anyone has even talked about it. Considering how crisp the "click" is it must be pretty high resolution and could probably mimic the HD rumble of the Nintendo Switch and PS5 controllers.
Is it theoretically possible? Would it just wear the very small actuators out?
I just think it would be neat to have a bit of immersive feedback when firing weapons in my games.

First time in the mouse community so excuse me if my lingo is bad.
I'm looking at mice, as I've been using some random mouse my dad had in a box for the last 8 years. (I'm not a FPS gamer so it doesn't matter if my mouse is old)
After looking at the lingo I can't find a grip that looks the same as mine but here's a description ,
It looks similar to palm grip but my palm doesn't touch, and I use it by keeping my wrist in place on the mousepad and just using my fingers to move it, using what my I'm told is "a stupid high sensitivity" by my table spanning mousepad friend. (willing to post image if nececary)
The one I'm interested in is the G-Wolves HSK Plus Lite, but that is based almost purely off the size and my imagination.
I'm open to other suggestions though, with the only requirement being a price of under 120 (higher if it reliably goes on sale for under 100)
posting here cause all the search queries for mouse questions ultimately end up at this subreddit.

Anyone know of some mice that are similar to the Razer Naga shape? I have grown so used to the side ring finger area, that other mice feel weird to me. Its not just trying to get used to them, is had another mouse and returned it after a week as I was so uncomfortable with it.
I am looking for a mouse that not only has a ring finger area, but doesnt have those stupid 2 buttons on the mouse 1 button area. Ik everyone hates Razer and all but my Naga V1 lasted 7ish years and still works minus a few kinks. I would of gotten the V3 but A. At $180 thats way too expensive for a mouse and B. It has those 2 buttons I hate.
I had a G205 mouse and returned it as I kept clicking those buttons. I know I can disable them, but its super uncomfortable. Any suggestions?

hey there, ive been a logitech user for 5 years now, and i am tired of my superlight scroll wheel dying for the 100th time.
i am wondering if i should take the viper v3 pro SE (i never use more than 1k polling), did you have any issues with it over time, also are the stock skates good ? i hope it can last at least a year or two.

I used to have the DeathAdder V3 Pro. The scroll wheel broke, but otherwise it was a solid mouse with great palm feel and a good gaming experience.
Razer is replacing it with a DeathAdder V4 Pro for free, and now I'm thinking about selling it and getting a G502 X Plus instead.

I'm confused between both the models. I've read that the R1 is smaller and more claw shaped. I have small to medium sized hands. My current mouse was an asus marshmallow.
Both cost almost the same and i believe use the Paw 3395.
I would appreciate any input or any alternatives in this price range.
Use case - Gaming + normal usage. I don't have any preference per second I just need it to be comfortable and last long. Plus have decent battery life.

Buying a cable like this will be ok? My tower is very far to the left and also my desk is interfering.
a) Will the signal be weaker with an 1.5 meter cable or just a cable in general? Maybe a smaller cable or no cable at all?
b) Is this the correct cable? USB-A male to USB-A female

Hi, so i recently bought the EGG xm2w 4k v2 and ive been loving it so far. I only face one (pretty annoying) issue, where, when i click, sometimes the click doesnt register or it registers late. Could this be caused by me having the mouse's SPDT off and the multiclick filter set to 0 (i play minecraft and need to double click). if not, what should i do? thanks!

Went from G502X Plus to a G pro superlight (for €60) to try the lightweight trend, and I like it so I want to get an 'endgame' mouse.
I am struck between the X3 Superstrike and the X2 CrazyLight.
I like the idea of the HITS buttons on the Superstrike, but I am not sure how much benefit it really has in games.
Then the Pulsar X2 CL seems like the lightest option in a similar shape to the superlight. I feel like the weight might make a bigger difference than HITS.
I currently mainly play CoD MW4 multiplayer and DMZ. I am not the best but I want to get as good as I can using M&K (Controller just doesnt feel as satisfying to me even though I know this game has heavy aim assist).
I feel like I use claw grip on the superlight currently.
Does anyone have experience with both mice? Looking for advice from people with more experience. Thanks!
