Confused about my Career Choices

So I am a mechatronics 1st semester student, and am thinking about switching to computer engineering because any work related to computers, hardware, software IT, Cloud engineering, would be easy for me, now I know I should have researched before about mechatronics and should have gone for CS but I couldn't get admission in a good school for CS now I know Computer engineering is a lot different than CS but if I make a switch to CE would I regret it?

[Career] Is Computer Engineering still worth to choose ?

Hey guys i hope you are doing great.

I am right now studying for getting accepted to CE major in technical university in my country. This is the only field that makes me excited out of all. I am self taught about some basics.

I am 18 and i feel like i was borned too late to actually reach my career goals. I do not have any CE graudated closed ones to ask about this field and my family is trying to convince me on choosing something else entirely. I am not sure if they are right , given the reailty of Ai and low demand to junior developers.

I heard people saying coding will die engineering won't. Or calculators did not kill engineering etc. But since you are actually involved in this line of work, I wanted to ask for your thoughts. Thank you.

Roast my resume

I have a bunch of applications out but can't seem to land an interview. Can I get some feedback? I am applying primarily to rtl, embedded, and just any low level/hardware internships. Is it the content? or just the wording that's the issue.
