Well after my account was temporarily locked due to "suspicious" activity, I provided all required documents and they still closed my account.

For context I placed a order for 2 home security cameras totally $220. Fast forward and day later my items were 5 stops away, and all of a sudden my account was locked and items didn't get delivered. I never received a refund and this all happened almost 2 weeks ago, has anyone else had this issue? How would I get my money back? Sorry if this is the wrong place to post. I've tried calling and got no answers I just want my money back other screw amazon I'll never use the company intentional again.

Figured I'd try to post it somewhere since my review was taken down and the Amazon rep I talked to apparently didn't think it was a concern that this mug I bought from Amazon last year tested positive for lead (got the lead test kit from Amazon as well).

We’ve been members of Prime for years and can’t really complain about anything,but…. Yesterday we receive this package..$50.00 on our charge and we did not order it…. It appeared in our delivery list , but nothing we would have needed… There’s no where to state this in any of the Return algorithms… we have even encountered a hint that it may not be “returnable”…… What do you do now???

i’m getting so sick of these disgusting amazon ads on the radio on hbo max on youtube on everything and on spotify with these disgusting commercials with the baby and the mom about breast feeding and the guy with his gout and disgmisting foot huge on the screen. is this some kind of psychological advertisement with the baby and the mom and the huge foot? this makes me wanna punch jeff bezos in the nuts and makes me wanna delete amazon i’ve never ordered medicine on amazon and never will now because of these ads
