I will destroy all Forsaken who pretend that the light is on their side. I will not stand by while they twist its sacred power to serve their own ends. They wield it as if they were chosen. They raise their holy symbols as though undeath and righteousness can coexist without consequences.

Therefore, I will establish a guild: No Pardon for the Dead

Those who seek to join must devote to the light and prove themselves through three trials. It will test your faith, commitment, and courage. If you manage to come out the other side, a final ceremony will commence beneath the holy light of the cathedral in Stormwind and you will be part of the brotherhood.

This guild will not just be about purging Azeroth of these heretics. We will also stand against all foes that stand in our way. None will escape us. NONE WILL ESCAPE OUR JUDGEMENT! They will try to fight us and they will not win. They will beg for mercy and we will not grant it. Let them wallow in pity as we stand above them. Our hammer of justice will CAVE their head in and the blood that paints the Earth will force the light to bear witness to our devotion!

If you are a Forsaken paladin reading this, know that I will find you. And I will kill you.

No Pardon for the Dead will rise. The crusade will begin.

By the Light,

Aldric Gravebane

Founder and Grand Crusader of No Pardon for the Dead

Even though I'm playing on the Korean server, I managed to snag my dream name!

🍗⚔️

99% of your name reservations wouldn't be taken in 1,000,000 years...

Just know I will be reporting the living juice out of every Randy Assgrabber and other ridiculous meme names on the RP-PVP ruleset. And I will enjoy it. Not in my classic plus.

My hands are shaking, I had some obligations last night that prevented me from logging in to claim my name from the Beta. I was pretty heartbroken thinking the name I've wanted for the release was going to be taken immediately once the servers opened up, but when I logged in this morning to make my character it was available! How lucky am I that nobody took it? I feel like this is the luckiest day of my life.

Hello fellow WoW enjoyers,

I was one of a handful of players that were unable to reserve my names. I requested a refund, but they said “The product or game has been accessed for too long.”

I guess I was trying to access the preorder bonus at the login screen for too long? I’m really not sure.

Can anyone give more information or advice?

I’ve been playing Blizzard games since Diablo 1.

Edit: I did not play the beta

Edit 2: I added the part about playing since Diablo 1 just because I love their older games. It doesn’t entitle me to anything, not sure why some came to that conclusion.

Edit 3: $30 is not important, but if a company advertises something as a main selling point, they should deliver

Edit 4: a handful of us cannot access their servers

UPDATE:

Users running Intel 13th or 14th with an out of date BIOs are able to connect but will be disconnected when they select a ruleset.

A reply in this thread made me try another PC. It had no issues whatsoever. I then updated my BIOs to 3202 on my main PC and had no issues whatsoever.

We need a larger sample size to confirm. If you’re having issues try updating your BIOs and let us know if it helped.

UPDATE 2: A few asked for my char name: Throm Saurfang. I tend to make a lot of gold off of Devilsaur. My other names weren’t available, but I am content with what I have reserved.

Thanks to those who stayed constructive and attempted to help those of us still locked out. To the trolls, I hope you’re alliance and we can hash it out in PVP :). See you nov 4th/5th/6th depending on how the launch goes. We’ll probably get an authentic blizzard launch!

90% of the posts here have been the sh*ttiest gosh darn names i have ever seen, nobody wants them…

I think I got some pretty cool names. Maybe share some of yours? What do you think?

After seeing these name reserves im so glad. What a bunch of crap. Please lord enforce the rules in Rp. Not only do I despise "funny" names but looking at what people have posted they arent even slightly amusing. I would hate to see those names in game. Each to their own I suppose...

My legacy can begin.

EDIT:

New to reddit. Since you guys are all butthurt because of a few names everybody is posting, I am just gonna let it sit here and move, thanks!

Sorry for not screenshotting in game btw

Maybe because it's too dirty, obnoxious, banned or simply reserved beyond your grasp? Regardless: fire away!

I love this name for my Tauren Warrior, I'm surprised that it's still available

Rufus and Toast are ready to serve the Warchief

What do you think?

Time to flip some AH, launch summon services and be the Cartel Boss running the economy.

Is a crazy problem to be having before the launch of the game that's actively preventing people from the name reservation service they paid for.

They could change all the racials and it still won't change the fact that for a lot of people, the alliance are just visually lame as fuck.

Your options:

Normal human

Short race

Short race 2

Human, but purple

Racials aside, it's no wonder why people choose the diverse faction with variety to its personalization over the Alliance.

Just kind of annoyed that this is even happening in the first place, because it definitely wouldn't be a problem if we just had normal fucking servers.

I've already had this ever since the servers launched.

I have the Heroic Pack, and I played actively during the beta.

I've lost my beta key, do I need to re-enter it somehow? Where can I find it?

EU.

EDIT: I got key from Australian Maccas purchase

I have these 3, proud of Garrosh 😂 "Hellscream" is restricted soooo 😄

I know this is a dime a dozen post, but I'm pretty agitated over this. I will refuse to play any other ruleset then pvp and I refuse to not play horde, undead and troll are the only races I think are aesthetically cool. I don't hate any other race just love those two a million times more. Can I spam finish character for a chance to get in or do I have to close app everytime

I named my shammy: Hex Offender. Should I be afraid of ban?

Low Taperfade or John Porky better?

So thinking of it as in it was an improvement over what we saw when the beta launched it was a success. The queue was short and fairly quick albeit repetitive and the disconnection issues but that’s been par for the course I’d experienced at any launch since OG Wrath.

Looking at it as a how quickly it got better seemed an improvement compared to the recent beta release issues. I think it just comes down to the bottle neck of their login/authentication servers that just can’t handle the load of everyone at once trying to log in but once ppl are in it makes it easier for more to get in.
