Solved! Looks like dandelion tufts on the side of this truck.
Just a customer vehicle I intend to wash, but I wanted to snap this before I tried to rinse these little needles away. They're almost invisible from a distance and arranged almost in a swirl.

Solved! Found at thrift, it has to be part of a costume but I have no idea what to search to find more info about it
They are like glasses without glass and the pink part sits on your cheeks. When you turn the battery pack on the pink parts glow red like there's LEDs behind the plastic, and it slowly fades in and out. It has to be "blush" for a costume of some kind, but does it go behind a mask or something? I'm just so freaking curious about what this would be called and how was originally meant to be worn!

New, what is it? Strange Business Card
I found this strange business card wedged in the armrest of my 1977 New Yorker. Texting this number seems to be a Georgia number. And this vehicle was made in Michigan but had a owner in Georgia, but dialing the number says it's disconnected. Anyone know what this is?

Solved! Garbage Disposal
My garbage disposal wasn’t spinning and I just pulled these pieces out from it. Is this a part of the blades or some other part of the disposal or did something fall in it?

Solved! Found in a box of my grandparents things, my dad has no idea what it is.
Going through a box of things from my dad and his parents and we came across this. My dad was able to tell me about everything else in the box but he has no idea what this could be. He suspects its a knick knack that his dad or mum picked up while living in England.

Solved! Iron object with wood handle
So we operate out of an old ice manufacturing facility. Every time we clean our closets, we find some other weird thing. This one is an iron stick with a wood handle (top) and an iron point (bottom). I think it's a heavy duty ice pick, but boss man wants to be sure so he can put a label on it for his museum of weird old stuff he has on the walls. Any ideas and/or reference pictures?

Solved! Paper tabs keep showing up.
Keep finding these small paper/plastic tabs in my house. I initially thought it was a battery separator, but have now found maybe 5 over the past few months.
It’s small, glossy, and has a small section towards one end that appears it had maybe stuck to something or was adhesive at some point. I know there isn’t much to work with and it’s just a paper tab, but I’ve seen yall work wonders before.

Solved! What kind of knife is this?
My wife got a random box from WhatNot, and there were a few of these knives in there.
The serated edge isn’t sharp.
Are these just regular butter knives with wacky , necessary holes, or do they have a purpose?

New, what is it? Electronic Sensor thing
I have this doodad that's been bopping around in junk drawers for years. Marked Mechaless Opto-electronic Systems, property of ELMOS. It beeps randomly and a blue light indicates proximity. If you cover the black circle it beeps faster and faster until it shuts down, and you have to push a button by the batteries to start it again. I connected it to a laptop with the USB cable and it didn't do anything.
I think it might just be a demonstration piece for the sensor.
Is it worth throwing back in the junk drawer (at my new house) and keep telling myself I'm going to make something with it, or is it time to toss it?

New, what is it? Old Spark Generator?
Hi all, I've seen threads from this subreddit for a while now and thought id throw this doozie out there. I have had these over 20 years now and have never been able to identify them. They have a coil on top, threads for a spark plug hole and use an insulated wire made by Champion. They also have a small hole at the bottom and a port on top. The Champion box dates to the 1920s-1930s. My theory is they are a tool used when developing internal combustion engines. To me they look like they would be used to test different spark voltages and measure combustion pressure. Ive searched Google, submitted pictures to the Henry Ford Museum, shown them to ICE professors, even been to the pawn stars and no luck really identifying them or even a proper name tonseqrch by. Let's see if the Reddit community can ID these.
