in all seriousness! i have the tickets to e6 him (currently at e2s1), but i kinda don't wanna because I'd rather invest in his supports. sadly his TRUE BiS is nowhere to be found 💀 and is it my skill issue or this patch is hell for him?? doesn't matter if i play him with sustain or without, im literally struggling to 40k in PF 😭 though my motivation to play hsr nowadays is low, so that's prolly why I struggled..

my friend also said his e6 mydei + e2 cyrene couldn't 3* clear AA anymore because of the elation shill, but idk why I don't wanna believe him (i mean is this true??). knowing that kinda makes me wanna invest in my other faves just because 🥹 i truly still want to e6 him, but I don't wanna sabotage his playability in the future when there are better choices.

i knowwww that no unit can stay relevant blabla, but like if i have a choice to have fun with the char i love and keep him playable as long as whenevrr, I WOULD. and ik tryharding endgames shouldn't matter with this kind of mindset, but it's so goddamn satisfying when your fave nukes everything OR AT LEAST doesn't struggle to clear..

Hello all, I've seen the title strat used in high Weath of Creator, with a few differences here and there, where Mydei 3* goes beyond 100k HP, self heals thanks to the Caloric Overload item, I think it's just that at least, and cheese the content by being the only one in the front raw.

I tried to reproduce it a few times, from the info gathered, but I can't make it. I'm not too knowledgeable about CW, however, I couldn't find it in the strats compendium as well.

Can someone kindly explain it in all the details, the progress, the items and buffs, teammates and what there could be possibly to know and learn?

Of course if a strat that can be added in-game can be made it'd be a lovely plus.

That’s what it feels like, anyway. Surely he’s going to be back on the banner again soon, before the end of 3.X. I’d like to get more eidolons for him, so I can have all of the Amphoreus men at E2S1… honestly, I don’t even mind if he’s the second half of 3.8, if it gives me more time to save. I just want to give Mydei the love he deserves, since he doesn’t really have a lot of options for supports.

I have E1S1 Mydei, E0S1 Sunday, E0S5DDD Tribbie, Luocha...

It feels like I havent been able to use Mydei in endgame anymore... Do I need to start pulling other supports? who?

Hello! I'm a new player and although I'm early in Amphoreous I think I'd like to make a Mydei team cuz I like the character and find the way Cyrene gives specific buffs to be satisfying. What I'm unsure of is how quickly teams age out of usability in end-game and whether Mydei will be viable/comfortable in end-game content for long. I like vertically investing in characters, so I'd probably go for E1S1 Mydei + E2S1 Cyrene. All this said... will Mydei be a long-lasting team for me even though he's a slightly older unit? The only character I have right now is Himeko, who I'm working on getting E2S1 right now. Also I understand he may not be returning for a while haha

My current team for Mydei is: Mydei E2S1, Cyrene E0S1, RMC and huohuo. The thing is, i have ~100 wishes and no guarantee, but I can get 90 wishes from there and I have the pompom thing till WAven banner, and the patch will give ~70 pulls. (I don't know how much in the first phase.)

I want WAven, I'm pulling him, and I think i will use him with my Ashblade E2 (idk if he is better than robin at the end of beta tho, if she is maybe I should prioritize her)

But for my Mydei, I want either Robin or Huohuo.

Robin sp is a general support, helps cyrene's ult and provides good buffs for him. I dont have tribbie, just sunday, robin and sparkle, so she would be welcome at my account.

Hyacine, on the other side, is a great healer, and I only have huohuo as one. She can help cyrene's ult too, and people say her buffs of hp is good for Mydei (but i already heard she provides too much hp and thats bad to him...)

But since I'm limited, I can only try one banner at the first patch. If I win the first 50/50, I will try the second one. If I lose, I will wait for WAven, and the same if I win the first and lost the second. I need luck chat🥀 (when i got his e2s1 i only spent 120 pulls i need that luck again🙏🙏🙏)

So, based on my account, who would be better to get first (if i actually manage to get one lol)? Hyacine, or Robin?

Edit: So, I got them both :) it only cost me 150 pulls (and R$500💔). My next plan is to e6 mydei 💗

So my current team is E1S1 Mydei, E1S1 Tribbie, E0S0 Cyrene, and E0S1 Hyacine. Will Mydei's E2 or Hyacine's E1 be a bigger boost to his damage. I am a huge Mydei main and of course I would prefer to get his E2 but if Hyacine's E1 is significantly better then I might go for that instead. Thanks in advance!

So im kind of in a pickle right now, im usually deadset on 3 teams but 1 team is slowly feeling less reliable as time passes it being Aglaea. E2s1 agy s1 sunday/rmc e2 cyrene has been doing worse and worse as time has passed and im slowly losing hope for her and it hurts to say that as i mainly returned to hsr because of her design.

I was wondering how Mydei has been doing at same investment level in current endgame mainly AA, Mydei was always a character i had in the corner of my eyes but never fully committed on getting him since i had Aglaea and she was doing really good at the time and the banner reruns also dint give me much room to pull him.

Im still holding out hope for Aglaea but when time comes i might have to retire old grandma from carrying me and i dont want e2 Cyrene to do nothing on my acc when i do, since besides Aglaea im using e2 Cyrene for Evernight main dps and Evanescia sustainless runs, in most case i have to use other teams to clear already.

Do you guys think is face being uncovered is just a mistake? Everyone else aside from march and evernight have their faces censored. Its only for a couple frames so it could def just be one but still I thought it was interesting even if its prob a mistake. Wanted to know what you guys thought.

the answer is prolly yes, but idk because i don't own it yet. tho i know that his E6 is powerful, but that's the problem. i hate making my game easy because it'll feel repetitive... currently i have his E2S1 and always play him sustainless w hyperspeed E1DDD Tribbie, RMC, E0S1 Cyrene. I'm clearing and sometimes 0-cyling gamemodes just fine. I do wanna up his longevity cos he's my fav, but i don't wanna get E2 Cyrene because with eagle+vonwaq they're just wayy too strong (based on testings). should i just keep him at E2 and stop after E1 Cyrene???

(also if anyone has a well built E6 Mydei in Asia server pls let me know 😭😭😭)

This question is for anyone who's completely ignored Cyrene's E2 and went for Mydei's E6 with those pulls instead, or went for other characters' eidolons: how are you doing currently in endgame?
Not gonna start an E2 Cyrene debate, I already know what's recommended meta-wise, I'm just curious about it because I'm considering totally ignoring meme slop and going all in on Mydei.

Was thinking about this one a while back but wasnt sure about it at the time. Made my mind up now, i want it on the shelf, except most places dont even list it anymore and the ones that do i cant tell if theyre selling the real thing.

is e2 cyrene really that important if i have e1s1 mydei, e1s1 hyacine and e2s1 robin? currently shes e0s0.... and honestly, while i really do like cyrene, i dont know if i wanna spend so much and get her to e2... id much rather get mydeis e2 instead..

also side question, currently, he is relicless.... BUT i heard navigator is an upgrade for him, is it worth

getting or is the differnece so small that i can make do with scholar?

I want to make my E2 Mydei stronger so I want to know if Summer Robin is better for him then E1 tribbie and by how much. Are there showcases or comparisons?

I’ve been playing for a couple of months now and I’m trying to slowly develop an account with character that I truly like, but that can clear end content.

I’m currently investing in the new FUA team with Blade and Ashveil, and I love Mydei.
I have 0 problems pulling for something like E2S1 for one character of the team…But I really, really don’t like Cyrene.

Is there any team with whatever (and which) investment that can includes Mydei and Sunday that can comfortable clear without Cyrene at the same level?

With Castorice finally rerunning in a patch without anyone I particularly plan on pulling for I was wondering if pulling her is the right step or a great idea for me. I love Cassie but the thing is I main Mydei so I was wondering if a team consisting of the two of them is possible.

my plan is: Mydei, Castorice, Cyrene, Hyacine

Right now I run RMC or Cerydra but she's not staying for long anyways bc I plan on using her with another dps. And as for Tribbie, I know she's a better pick but I don't know how much of a better pick she is. I don't hate her but I don't particularly like her either, while I really really love Castorice.

So for Mydei, is Castorice a bad idea?

I have a mydei E2 since its departure and it is a unit that I continue to use since its output.

I want to improve my mydei team where I have a free slot, Cyrene is on the E0 team (I'll look for her on E2 eventually)

And I have the doubt between tribbie and Cerydra for the team.

Tribbie is a generalized support that brings a lot in damage and so on, but Cerydra removing the attack bonus gives me speed and throws mydei's special attack more often

(I don't know if you can duplicate the MyDei attack generated by Cirene's ulti if anyone knows please tell me)

What would be the pros and cons of the two, I will look for them when they are according to what I decide for the team.
