I've lived here my whole life, I'm no stranger to the weird smells that we get in the air. But omg it is something else tonight, it smells like wet animal. I'm desperately trying to sleep to no avail, I've closed all my windows and doors but, similarly to wet animal smell, I can't seem to clear it out.

I've been trying, and failing, for the last 6 months to book my learner's test online. I'm extremely gatvol now, so I plan to go to the Roodepoort DLTC tomorrow morning to book it in person. I phoned them a few days ago and the person who answered the phone said it would be possible. But I was doing some googling now about it and apparently I'll be turned away at the door. If that's true, then genuinely what am I supposed to do?

historically i've gotten my roti from the checkers in emmarentia back when they had a 25-pack for R50. but they've gone up to R4 a roti and they're sorta not good enough to justify that price.

I think my life is official over in the next couple of weeks time. I've been unemployed currently for +4 year mark an have being struggling(financially + mental health wise). I been supported by relatives who are moving on with their lives due to age.

I do take accountability as i'm in mid 30's and unable to get life together as this point.

I don't really have much real work experience besides some IT work experience 1-2 year in a jr role years ago.

I have about R10k left. My three question are:

1. Are there any shelters I can look too?
2. Is there a setup to bath at all?Sponge bath?
3. What equipment should I be prepared with ?(soap,light,blanket etc)
4. what should I do with my laptop+phone?I need a safe space to store it

No idea how I can get out of this hole I am in.

Saw this wierd light today almost as bright as the moon in the sky from my balcony today around 11:45 in the night. It was static at a place for like 5 mins, then turned smaller and green and started moving and the abruptly vanished without a trace. What could it be??
