Its tungsten carbide so I can't get it resized. Ridge ships these rings with a matching silicone ring so you have other options which are safer to wear at work or hiking etc.

As I’ve said a ton — if you carry a firearm, you should also carry pepper spray or gel.
You’re way more likely to use it than your gun. I’ve been carrying the POM Industries Pepper Gel with clip, and it’s been awesome. It pockets perfectly, super low profile, and extremely reliable when using bottles I bought just to test. (never carry one you’ve tested) and they are only $12 on amazon.
IMO best non-lethal option for anyone, not just gun owners. Honestly, everyone should have one on them.

Tisas B45R, iPhone 16, Ariat bi-fold wallet, Schrade-Walden 861, AirPods, mini bic, keys, and nicotine. These are items that get carried in my pockets every single day from the time I put on pants to the time I drop my pants on the floor to flop in the bed. Every time I get on here people are showing edc and it looks like half the house how do you guys carry all this stuff without sounding like a bucket of quarters dumped in a washing machine?

-$1000 cash in $100 bills, folded and hidden under the pocket calendar in the right side of wallet.
Notes on the Weapons:
I wear both the blade and the revolver just forward of my hipbones, appendix in my pants waistband, neither requires a belt to be stable and extremely secure.
I know that choosing to carry a gun can be a contentious subject, additionally there are plenty of strong opinions about what type of firearm, caliber, or capacity is “best”.
I’ve carried handguns extensively both professionally and in my personal life. I can easily conceal a Glock 17 with an X300 in appendix and I occasionally do.
For me personally the Ruger LCR in .22LR makes the most sense for a true everyday carry for a few reasons:
-It’s extremely small and lightweight, I can truly forget that I’m wearing it, I can sit and bend easily, and the gun is very secure utilizing the Hamre Forge grips.
-It doesn’t require a holster due to a long, nearly 20LB trigger pull.
-It has 8 rounds of capacity
-In the event of a failure to fire the misfire procedure is to simply pull the trigger again
-With the shrouded hammer I have a huge margin for error when establishing a grip on the gun during my draw and I can still fire rounds even with a very suboptimal grip.
.22LR has come a long way since I was a kid plinking in my backyard with a 10/22, the performance of a round such as Federal Punch makes .22LR a viable defensive round in my opinion.
Is it the best option? No. Neither is 9mm. If I knew I was going to be in an unavoidable violent encounter I would want to bring a rifle. The .22LR is a compromise that ensures I always have a means of defending myself and my family even if I’m just checking the mail in my sweatpants.
Additional notes:
If I’m doing more than just simple errands I usually add a Leatherman Skeletool or Arc to my front right pocket as well.
I think most of what I carry is pretty self-explanatory.
I clip my keychain to my front belt loop and it’s like a mini toolbox. I have access to small scissors, tweezers, a pen, and an incredibly handy keychain light. I use most items on my keychain daily.
I like to carry a method of starting a fire and making potable water on me at all times, thus the lighter and aquatabs. If you mess up your water purification and give yourself a stomach bug it’s nice to have immodium, hell it might save your life.
The Modlite has a very simple UI with a single high mode and a single low mode, the ring on it allows me to use it in conjunction with my revolver easily.
The index cards are for having an easily removable and disposable means of taking notes, or handing off information to someone else.
I carry the smaller denominations of cash unfolded and use them as a bookmark for my calendar, I try to keep just a bit over $100 there and use it in everyday life normally.
The $1000 cash is for emergencies and is folded in half and completely concealed behind the calendar in the wallet.
$1000 might be a little excessive but frankly I think it’s the most realistic “get out of dodge” tool in existence.
Depending on the emergency $1000 is a hotel, gas, food or water, paying someone to help, or paying someone to look the other way. I would much, much rather use money to solve a problem than violence. Credit cards are the safest way to spend money, but cash is king in an emergency.
And finally, if you’ve bothered to read this far, I always have medical gear nearby. I keep a small blowout kit and TQ in my glovebox, and a full-blown trauma kit in my trunk. If I’m on foot or far away from my vehicle I’ll carry the essentials in a small non-tactical fanny pack (Mountainsmith Trippin Lil Fanny).
